Meagan Dungan is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, business mentor, and community builder who leads The ShePreneur Network with heart, vision, and authenticity. A mom of two teens, Meagan balances family life with a thriving portfolio of businesses—including Elevate Feeding and Tongue Tie Specialty Center, Empower Texas Advocacy Services, and SheElevates Business Solutions, where she helps small business owners start, grow, and scale through coaching and social media management.
She is also the founder and former owner of Achieving Milestones Pediatric Therapy, a successful practice she built and sold—an experience that sparked her passion for connecting with like-minded women in business. That passion gave birth to The ShePreneur Network: a supportive, inclusive space where women entrepreneurs can learn, grow, and thrive—without competition.
Under Meagan’s leadership, the network is growing in powerful ways, including:

Lainey Formby is the visionary behind Modern Lounge, an online boutique known for its effortlessly chic fashion, bold accessories, and curated home goods. A passionate advocate for women in business, Lainey leads with heart and a strong sense of community.
As our New Members Specialist, Lainey brings warmth, wisdom, and a welcoming spirit to help new ShePreneurs get connected and feel right at home. From navigating our platforms to answering questions, she ensures every woman gets the full ShePreneur experience.
